Consulting and project planning

We analyze your automation project together with you. From the very beginning we incorporated our many years of experience into our robot consultation. We select the appropriate robot and demonstrate your automation project on the basis of simulations.

Work space and cycle time investigations

The optimal location of the robot is searched and determined. The cycle time is analyzed. In order to simulate the selected plant components as realistically as possible, the moving components are kinematised.

Simulation of a robot cell

Appropriate software programs generate a virtual manufacturing environment on the computer. In this way, the actual manufacturing operations can be graphed. The planned manufacturing cell is simulated and the allocation of space and the travel distances of the robots are defined, checked and optimized.

Systems programming

After optimization, offline programs are created and the logic required to communicate with the parent controller. Your device data will be imported. Experienced programmers then provide for the programming of the robot application.

Online programming is available for Fanuc robots and robots from ABB. Also cooperating robots can be programmed by us.

Initial start-up

We also accompany you through all phases of the construction and commissioning of your new robot system. Our experienced mechanics and programmers ensure a fast and smooth installation of the complete system.
